In order to adhere shoe to foot, the lace must be properly installed in the
shoe. To insure comfortable wear, relace the shoe before first use.
Remove the lace from shoe and release any knots or kinks.
Once you have a straight lace, fold it in half to create two even strands.
Insert the strand into corresponding eyelets closest to the toe of the shoe.
Pull both strands evenly through the eyelets.
Beginning with the right, weave each strand loosely through opposite eyelets
(right though left and so on).
Insert foot into shoe.
Tighten any slack in the lace, working from the toe towards the ankle.
Take both strands and cross them once to form an "X".
Fold 1/3 of right strand to create a loop. Place fingers at the base of the loop.
Wrap the left strand around the base of the loop and pull the strand through
the smaller loop to form a bow.
Grab the right strand and pull both strands of the bow in opposite directions until the knot in the middle is tightened.
